I recently finished the first season of my podcast Welcome to LA, a collection of profiles of iconoclasts and eccentric characters plus a few autobiographical stories. Before that I produced a series about life in South Central Los Angeles called Below the Ten and before that I freelanced for a handful of local radio stations and shows like 99% Invisible, WiretapLove+Radio, UnfictionalThe Organist, and Snap Judgment. I was a staff reporter at Marketplace for a few years and I created the podcast Random Tape. One time I tried to bribe a bunch of people for a New York Times story.
